Yes. The advisor account lets you manage multiple companies from a single console, with separate documents, calculations and reports for each.
Data and reports
Which documents do I need to upload?
The ones your administration already produces: energy and gas bills, waste forms and registers, invoices, expense reports, Excel files.
How are emissions calculated?
With the GHG Protocol methodology: Scope 1 (direct emissions), Scope 2 (purchased energy) and the relevant value-chain categories.
Is the report compliant with the VSME standard?
Yes. Envify generates the report in the Base and Comprehensive modules of the VSME standard, the European format for non-listed companies.
Is my data safe?
Data processing is GDPR-compliant, with separate access by company and by user. Every data point stays reconciled with its source document.
